Our Process
At World Exposure™ we have a working process in place to ensure the most efficient and cost effective business relationship with our clients. The process outlined below is for our most popular services: Web Development and Online Marketing. Our process has five separate stages.1. Discovery & Brainstorm - ideahub™ Workshop
At World Exposure we believe that if you get the right people in a room at the same time you can accomplish in weeks what would otherwise take several months or years to achieve. In our ideahub workshops, the goal is to learn about your new or existing business and to generate ideas of how to best transform your business components into successful online solution.
Our ideahub workshop has been extremely successful in brainstorming and planning comprehensive business strategies for the launch of innovative online marketing campaigns and product ideas.
Our ideahub web portal is where we will publish your web design draft versions, web site test applications, project story boards, virtual tours, photography and other marketing assets. Each new client will get their own personal ideahub.com web URL at the start of their online marketing or web development project and can provide feedback and revisions throughout the process.

2. Project Proposal & Quote
World Exposure will provide you with a
project plan and price quote for your
project along with a flowchart detailing the project
components. Our price quotes are based on the estimated time
required to complete your project as well as the services
you will require.
Once you approve our quote, you would sign and return a copy
along with the first instalment equal to 50% of the price
quote for your project. Once payment is received a member of
our design team will contact you and begin working to create
an initial template for your web site.

3. Design & Navigation:
Approving the look of the design layout and navigation
Once your website or marketing campaign
is completed, we will post it to your
ideahub URL where can review it
and approve the work.

4. Development and Coding
The next step in the development of your project involves laying out the content using the design layout approved by you. This process takes place with a limited exchange between you and our design team, as the specifics have already been agreed upon. At this point, our efforts will be dedicated to coding and quality assurance testing.
5. Project Launch:

Once the project is completed, you will be provided with a
link where you can review your site before it is available on
your web address.
If you have a shopping cart component, we will set-up an
appointment by phone or in person during which time we will
train you on the administrative features of your shopping
cart solution.
We will then ask that you sign off on the completed project.
At sign-off, the balance is due. This payment consists of
the final 50% of the price quoted for your project.
Your web site will then be launched!

address, we will continue to monitor your site's
performance. We will also periodically make suggestions for
improvements as new technology becomes available. Most

your web site performance meets your business goals.
