Working with World Exposure
At World Exposure we have a web development
working process in place to ensure the most efficient and cost effective
business relationship with our clients. Our development process has five
separate stages.
1. Consultation - eFocus™
Workshop
At World Exposure we believe that if you get the right
people in a room at the same time you can accomplish in weeks what would
otherwise take several months or years to achieve. In our eFocus™ workshops,
the goal is to learn about your business and to generate ideas of
how to best transform your business components into an eBusiness solution.
2. Project Quote and Flowchart
World Exposure will provide you with a price quote for
your project along with a flowchart detailing the project components. Our
price quotes are based on the estimated time required to complete your
project as well as the services you will require.
Once you approve our quote, you would sign and return a copy along
with the first installment equal to 50% of the price quote for your project.
Once payment is received a member of our design team will contact you and
begin working to create an initial template for your web site.
3. Approving the look of the design layout and navigation
Once your design template is completed, we will post your
web site template online and send you a link where you can review it.
Your project quote includes a set amount of hours for
revisions. We will provide you with a checklist on which you can indicate
the needed revisions.
4. Project Completion and final sign-off
The next step in the development of your project involves
laying out the content using the design layout approved by you. This process
takes place with a limited exchange between you and our design team, as the
specifics have already been agreed upon. At this point, our efforts will be
dedicated to developing your project to completion.
Once the project is completed, you will be provided with a
link where you can review your site before it is available on your web
address. This step involves final testing of the project.
If you have a shopping cart component, we will set-up an
appointment by phone or in person during which time we will train you on the
administrative features of your shopping cart solution.
We will then ask that you sign off on the completed project.
At sign-off, the balance is due. This payment consists of the final 50% of the price quoted for your project.
5. Web Site Monitoring
Once your project is completed and uploaded onto your web
address, we will continue to monitor your site's performance. We will also
periodically make suggestions for improvements as new technology becomes
available.
