Amenities
The Chatham has several amenities including a swimming pool, whirl
pool Jacuzzi, sauna, exercise room, guest suite, and a lounge with a
pool table and library. The lounge has comfortable seating areas and is
equipped with a kitchen. Children under 16 years of age and guests must
be accompanied by an adult resident at all times in all amenities areas.
 Swimming Pool
Hours: 5:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
The Chatham has a wonderful salt water lap pool. The pool is built in
a sunroom like structure with a glass roof so swimmers can enjoy the
oasis-like atmosphere. The Jacuzzi/Whirlpool and sauna
are located in the same
area adjacent to the pool. Children under 16 years of
age must be accompanied by an
adult resident.
 Exercise Room
Hours 5:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
The exercise room is equipped with a universal gym, a treadmill, an elliptical
trainer, stationary bicycles, floor mats and free weights. The exercise
room has towels
and cleansing clothes which should be used to wipe
the equipment off after use. For the convenience of residents,
there is a water cooler in the exercise room.
 The
Lounge
Hours 5:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
The lounge is a beautiful room with a comfortable sitting area with a
cozy fireplace. There are several seating areas within the lounge
including small tables and chairs.
The lounge also is equipped with a
kitchen, a bar and
bar stools
which makes it a great place to hold a
birthday party or other
event.
 The lounge also has a
small library. Residents can
borrow books and
magazines and return them at
their leisure. Many residents often donate their
books
and magazines to the library.
The lounge also has a pool table.
The lounge can be used by residents as long as no one has
reserved the lounge for a function.
 If
you'd like to reserve the lounge for an upcoming function,
download the Lounge Reservation form and return it to the Resident
Manager and with your cheque
for the damage deposit.

 Guest Suite Rental
The Chatham's guest suite is a self contained unit with a queen
size bed, dresser, chair, television, dinette table, and bathroom. The
kitchen is equipped with a small fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle,
dishes and utensils. There is a full bathroom with a bath tub and
shower.
 Guests
can also access a patio from the guest suite. Residents of The Chatham's
can rent the guests suite for their guests for $50 per night. Please click
