The Chatham is a  luxury high-rise with 97 luxury apartments built in 1995. The Chatham is located in UBC's Hampton Place neighbourhood.  

Hampton Place is a 28-acre residential community located at the northeast corner of 16th Avenue and Wesbrook Mall.
